What Will You Do With a One Billion Dollars?
Let’s imagine that there is some country out there that actually pays me $1 billion for the book. What would I do with it? Well, with a billion dollars, I would have the means to be able to get the word out in a grand way.
Heck, with a billion dollars I can buy my own little island nation.
This is the way that The Plan should be carried out. By testing it out within a section of their country political leaders can see if it will work or not without them starting a revolution in their own country.
If a nation buys the book and does nothing with the information, at least I’ll have the omey to do something with the information. I will be able to show people free of charge what life could be like. I will show them how changes can be made in their onw life, regardless if their government implements the Plan or not.

However, if I just made $100,000 for example by the sale of the book at normal book prices, I will not be able to help many people. So, in effect this valuable information will be lost to the world (in the context that only a few hundred to several thousand will know about it).
Thus, the $1,000,000,000 will be put to excellent use.

Have you ever heard of the island of Jersey?
This is part of the United Kingdom. For year, the economy of Jersey, which is situation in the English Channel, was different than the UK. There the economy was much better. People might have left the island for other reasons, but they didn’t leave because of a depression or inflation.
However, because of the success that Jersey enjoyed, the powers-that-be had their economic laws revert back to the way it is in Great Britain.
However, the point was made.
The result?
Prosperity.
Can The Wealth Plan work on a small scale with other laws besides economic ones?
Yes. For example, there are laws that are different within the United States even to this day.
It is no strange thing to have a group of people live under different laws or customs than the rest of the nation. Look at the United States.
On Indian Reservations, the Indians enact their own laws, have their own police and set their own policy in other areas of life. They determine their local laws, ownership of land, etc. Many Indian Reservations, for example, enacted laws that allow for casinos. In the state that the reservation is, may not allow gambling, but on their reservations they are allowed.
Thus, the people are in closer contact with their local government.
Now, that’s democracy!
In this nation within a nation, there would be different laws and customs, as outlined in the book. The first indication that things would not be going well would be people who live there would want to get out, and would vote with their feet. Or before they do that, voice their opposition via a town hall meeting and paper ballot voting booth.
All I’m asking is that some nation come forth and will be brave enough, adventurous enough, and have the citizens’ best interest at heart to try it in some corner of their country.

There are terms and conditions of the sale of The One Billion Dollar Book, and that is the nation that buys it has the right to share it with everyone within their nation. They can give it ou or charge others for it.
The country that buys the book has distribution rights only among its citizens.
